This was exactly what I did

Subject: APPLICATION FOR STUDENT VISA

Name: fill in your names as in your international passport

Place: fill in your address

Kindly find attached

Then you attach your admission letter, Front page/Data page of your international passport, Proof of finance (which is either your blocked account or sponsorship letter)

use the email-address booking pattern since you already have your admission letter. Some persons used it days back and got appointment.

I used the email-address booking pattern last night and got appointment this morning on the 28th of December 2018 by 7:00am. That's a perfect date for me cos mine is very urgent.
