They are both gentle, easygoing, refined and level headed. You are right, but check out - the rich fighting each other are always the ones from opposing sides of economic interests - not purely out of hatred! |

COOL10: That's the modus operandi of terrorists. Instead of them to use their money to improve the lives of their people, they rather decide to finance terrorism.
Ayatollah is going down. It's time for him to pay for the blood of all the innocent people that have been killed as a result of his support for terrorism. I'm so glad hearing right now that America has now dropped bombs on three nuclear sites in Iran. You are smart! The Ayatollahs have suppressed the good people of Iran with their false doctrines, for over forty six years. Iranians will be free at last - again. "The Axis of resistance", turned out to be the Axis of Evil - in the Middle east. |

Creamypie: Both aguiyi ironsi Gowon and ojukwu caused the war. Gowon didnt or couldn't stop killing of igbos. Ironsi wouldn't try the January 1966 coupists and all the victims were from north and west, while it was interpreted that it was to install him as head of state since it was interpreted that he was from same zone as the coupists. Ojukwu hurriedly declared biafra All these write ups have shown that Nigerians are not serious people! We are not ready to progress at all from different levels; how can we keep on living in the past - blaming each other for past mistakes? Is that how we are going to make way forward? Am disappointed with my country men(both old and young) . We keep on retrogressing, at the same time - claiming to be wise. Hitler, from his actions and inactions - caused the second world war; after the war they all worked for the rebuilding of Europe, and other parts of the world mostly affected. Today, nobody blames Germany for causing the second world war - they have all grown up - and discarded the event of the past mistakes! Look at we Nigerians still blaming ourselves for the past mistakes of fifty plus years ago. Forgetting to tackle the pressing issue at present; are we serious in this country ? The answer is No! Gowon who calls himself an Elder, is busy disturbing the younger generation with past mistakes - that can never help this our generation! Ironsi, Gowon, Ojukwu, and other Leaders actions and inactions, caused the War yet, can't we keep the past mistakes aside, and move forward for the betterment of all? What is wrong with us in this country? Elders are supposed to be wise, and a wonderful gift to our National cohesion and development. But, the reverse is the case in Nigeria. Remember, other nations have fought many wars, and moved forward, Examples: Rwanda, USA, Angola, etc. We have a serious problem within us in Nigeria; what a shame! |

By my comment, when faced with such armed confrontation, you need to assess if there is any risk or threat to your life, &if there is any, just surrender your phone. This is in line with what Security Experts advise & it has saved a lot of lives (including mine). Unlike your life, material things can be replaced, oftentimes easily. So let's be guided. Even on this platform they don’t want people to call out their crimes but they won’t advise themselves to shun crimes.
The other tribes not known for crimes are the ones at the receiving end.
The other time a cousin lost a job because he is Nigerian You call out the tribe committing crimes worldwide, they ban you on this platform.
What could be worse than losing a job because some people are committing crimes? But calling the criminals out is worse All these rants right here, can never help. Nigeria is not a serious country, when it comes to crime fighting; because: our institutions are weak . When we start executing - the convicted offender of : Drug crimes, Kidnapping, terrorism, etc., all this nonsense would go away. But, are our Leaders ready to do such? The answer is no! Because, they benefit from such criminal enterprise. |
