It is more like this

1. Take a note book and pen
2. Walk into any financial institution.
3. Ask about their loan packages. Take notes on what you find out to avoid forgetting any important detail
4. Type this information in a mail using your phone or computer and send to the editor of nairaloan.com
5. You get paid

Jobs/Vacancies / Casual Writing Jobs. Get Paid To Write Short Articles. Pay Is N1,000 Per Article by chiefbidemi: 2:37pm On Dec 02, 2016
Hi Nairalanders,

Do you need some quick regular money? Will you like to earn N1,000 per short article you write? If you answered yes to these questions, then read carefully. I will be showing you how you can make N1,000 writing short articles, starting today. You get paid when you reach N5,000. You are paid the following day after the day you reach N5,000.

There is a project a group of friends are working on. I have seen what they are doing and it is really good. It will create casual income for anyone who is interested. The Project is called Nairaloan Crowdsourced Project. It is a website for crowdsourced loan information. Crowdsource means different people will contribute information. The contributors are called Freelancers.

A Freelancer will contact any institution which gives out loans. For example, a Microfinance bank. He makes inquires about the loan they have and writes the information down. He sends the information to Nairaloan and he makes N1,000.

I will be adding more infromation on this thread. If you are interested, visited www.nairaloan.com

From 1 financial institution, it is possible to make more than N1,000.

Nairaloan.com requires that you thoroughly research a particular loan type from each institution. Because of this, you are required to submit each loan type/package as separate articles. For example, if you walk into a financial institution and they have Home loans, Personal loans and Agric loans for farmers, you need to research them in 3 separate articles. These are 3 different loan types. You make inquires separately for each loan type. You cannot write all 3 loan types in 1 article else it will be rejected. This is good news for you. You see, since they are 3 different loan types and you prepared 3 different articles on them, you get paid N1,000 x 3 = N3,000.

Hi Nairalanders,

I have stayed away from Nairaland because of some unthoughtful pessimists who would do anything to spoil other people's chance of making progress because they are not making any progress themselves. Such people should quietly stay away from this thread.

Now that this is out of the way, let's begin. Do you need some quick regular money? Will you like to earn N1,000 per short article you write? If you answered yes to these questions, then read carefully. I will be showing you how you can make N1,000 writing short articles, starting today. You get paid when you reach N5,000. chiefbidemi you cant get a tokunbo 2013 range rover vogue petrol for 20m
diesel yes, but not petrol
also beware of a high end car like the vogue thats from europe, many do not have any duty paid on them or proper/full duty (as many are from cotonu)
basically, beware of buying this car cheap.

Do you know how much the full duty is?

Chief, Don't go there..right hand conversion?

LeJeun3:

Chief, don't even consider the thoughts its not possible....

I know. Even if it is possible, I won't do it. That is why I would consider only 2 countries. Either from the US or from Germany. I can pick up one already in Nigeria if the deal is good. Getting a new one from Coscharis will cost around N35m or more and they said they offer financing. Even though I qualify for the financing, I'm not interested in borrowing. So tokumbo wins.

I run a defender 200tdi and its rock solid. The def isnt expensive and you can have it in any quantity you want. It isnt produced here but that it exists is very good news. If you want, you order it so its on ground by the time your range rover gets here.
I will also advise you buy the range from the UK, you wont spend anything near the cost of buying it in the U.S

I think Germany will be better. UK range rovers are right hand drive. Is there any mechanic in Nigeria to convert a 2014 Range without issues?

I have fixed the vogue and an x6 and currently on a tdv6. The def is not available in the country, so you will have to Import it. You cannot drive the diesel if there is no def in the range

How much does it cost for a 10 litre def?

How often do i need to top up the def?

The diesel exhaust fluid is available in Nigeria, though you may have to wait three weeks if its out of stock. The diesel range rover may make more sense..

Have you had practical experience with the diesel range rover? Maybe you used it or know someone who uses it? I asked because, based on price, I prefer the diesel.

To throw some sand in this sweet discussion poster can also take a look at the Cadillac Escalade for less than the price of Range Rover and those parts cost a lot less even when shipped into the country. You Lade won't look inferior even when parked next to a Range Rover.

Just my 2cent

The Cadillac Escalade does not tickle me like the range. I have never fantasied about the Cadillac Escalade. So I will stick with the range

And for the Lagos to Abuja trip, it will be one pulsating experience that you will always cherish, from the massage to the quiet comfort and the powerful engine. Autobiography can be bought as 3.0 supercharged too, so be on the lookout if you want a smaller engine.

The Autobiography is a lot more expensive. My options are a Vogue or a supercharged Vogue is there's something like that. I would prefer the diesel because i can get it for much less than N20m. If the diesel would be more stressful to maintain, I will look for a petrol for around N20m

Wao, from Toyota to Range Rover. You truly deserve this treat and it will be a wonderful threat if you dont buy the diesel because there are many things involved especially the quality of the diesel, what to do when the diesel particle filter refused to regenerate and is blocked and the engine falls into limp mode. The items you are wary of should be covered by your insurer and it should not even arise because there is no way an armed robber under the influence of indian hemp will go and rob in an army barracks, the eye go clear. In likemanner, danfo and keke and women drivers will maintain their distance, the way motorists maintain their distance behind CBN convey. That said, it is a big treat, but let it be for only you cos a driver that learnt how to drive on a vw bettle will not understand what is dynamic response, or looking for the gear lever. The parts are expensive but not near mercedes e and s class whose air suspension cost over 300k each. The major common fault is the lower arm and it might never occur if your house is in a refined neighbourhood, and salt water is not their friend , so let the csr be washed thoroughly especially the underneath if you live on the Island. The 2014 has some features that the 2013 does not have like the lights on the headlamps does not stay on unlike the 2014 and we changed one recently for over 3000usd. The electronic side steps comes standard in 2014 but it is an option in 2013. If these does not matter to you, get the 2013 model, you will save some millions. The tail lights for the range is 240k, just for you to have an idea and the parts are within 30 minutes reach. Welcome to Range Rover Sport Club

If it is a diesel range, how much will it cost to fix if the diesel particle filter refused to regenerate and is blocked and the engine falls into limp mode? Can this issue be prevented?

So mercedes e class, s class and gl class of same year are more expensive to maintain?

Yes I live on the island in lagos. I will take note of this. Thanks

As for the curly lights staying on, that's the main essence of this range when you approach anywhere. I call that light "the introduction". It introduces you before you even step out of the car. People you are to meet will adjust. So I can only buy the one which the lights stay on.

What do you think about the diesel model?
What do you think about the petrol model?
Which model is recommended? The diesel or petrol? Why?
Are the parts available in Nigeria now?
Which year can I easily get parts for?
What does it cost for simple parts like bumper, head lights, side mirrors, tail lights? You know other Nigerian drivers can hit you anytime, hahaha.
I travel a lot. Lagos to Abuja by road. Can this car do Lagos to Abuja weekly?
Is any model year problematic? Which year?
Thanks and thanks
I will advise you go to the thread but i have a few things to say..
The diesel engine range rover is fantastic but the parts will be harder to get and you will need to treat the diesel(and petrol too!) at every top-up so the poor quality will not cause problems. The petrol moves faster but the diesel engine will last longer provided you take really good care of it. Diesel engine vogues will cost less to maintain. Please go online and verify some of these facts
The parts are available in Nigeria and its possible to get any of the parts online at same cost or even cheaper than parts sourced locally
You may have to go to the market to check the prices for the parts mentioned..lol! You will get them at Ladipo
This car can do Abuja - Lagos-Accra daily cool
All cars have their issues, some people say they prefer the 2006 vogue(they say its easier to maintain) but i beg to defer. How a car runs depends on the maintenance culture of the owner.
I wish you the best, go ahead and buy this car. You will not regret it. You may call Sooper rescue 08098534267
Do have a wonderful week
The car can do Lagos to Abuja daily. This is so cool. Thanks for all the other info

@ sooperrescue your assistance is needed on this thread.

Hello, I am Chief Bidemi. I have a short story which precedes my request. I have 5 children. The last of them just graduated and completed his NYSC year with the last batch that passed out. All the others have graduated and are getting on fine. Since I have little recurring expenses to handle now, I want to give myself a treat. I have driven many cars but have not owned an SUV. My present car is a 2010 Toyota Camry and I intend to give it out to my 3rd child who just gave birth. I already told her to come take the car by month end.

Now, I want to give myself a treat. At least I have tried. You get to live once. I have admired the new model Range Rover Vogue which took the new look in 2013. I intend to buy this car this month and give the 2010 camry to my daughter. I know the price for a tokunbo of it. That price is fine with me. I need solid advice on what you think about the Range Rover from year 2013 till date. I don't want to buy a car I won't enjoy. Here are specific questions.
