My sponsor is my brother-in-law, who is a Canadian citizen and is legally employed in Canada. he has already funded the GiC account and student chequing which I opened in my name with 50million, I have gotten his sponsorship letter, employment letter, their marriage certificate to show he is legally married to my sister, but the case is that he didn't want to present his bank statement instead he said he will give me T1 General, Can this T1 General serve as sponsor's bank statement of account? Will IRCC accept it?

He also visited Nigeria several years ago, and we took family and personal photographs together. I plan to include these pictures as supporting evidence to demonstrate our genuine family relationship and closeness.

On your first page, create a table of content that shows the document name and page to make it easy for whoever is reading to trace. Then merge the documents accordingly. If you can label the heading of each doc, good. And if you cant, no problem. Just make sure your table of content matches each page.

I have several documents to upload in the client section, I know how to merge PDF documents, how can I name the documents accordingly before uploading so it won't confuse the visa officer. I don't know how to name each document when merging them together. Someone should please help me out on this issue

Someone paid my tuition fee deposit some months ago through his Canadian bank account, how can I generate the tuition fee deposit receipt/evidence of payment? I have gone to my student portal (Webadvisor) I didn't find the receipt or statement of account. I need this receipt for Study permit application. How can I get the receipt pls? It's very very urgent!

Thank you Boss, I have like 3 Proof of funds to upload but I can only upload one document in the POF section, how can I upload other 2 proof of funds? And if someone has more than one document to upload in a section, how can the person upload them all since one document is meant for each section?

No, IRCC will likely not initiate such a request. You should upload your POF to the Proof of Means of Financial Support section, while you combine your SOP with other supporting documents and upload it to your Client Information section.

When applying for study permit, in the document checklist I didn't see any section/slot to upload Proof of Funds, SOP etc. Where exactly can someone upload these documents? Or will IRCC request for it later?

I have opened TD GIC for Proof of Funds from Nigeria, sent the details to my in-law in Canada to fund it and he has funded it with $40kCAD, my sister his wife supposed to be my sponsor since we bear the same surname but unfortunately she recently came to Canada and hasn't gotten her work permit(she's not working). My tuition fee is $28k, my sis has paid10k deposit already from her account. How will I prove relationship with this my in-law since we are not related by blood. He his ever willing to sponsor me.

I can't get my personal reference code to start my study permit application, what can I do about it? Is there any other way around it?

Believe it or not, Canada is looking for people that will bring in FRESH money/inflows!

Sponsors from within Canada is not a great idea, but he can contribute by paying off your tuition fee and/or set up a GIC for you as part of his contribution.

Let the main/additional sponsorship come from Nigeria.

This advice is from what I have experienced handling study visa applications.

Bank draft would work if you are already incanada. I have seen it work before also from Nigeria but that was years ago when things were not as tough as they have become. Bank Draft is an instrument just like money. If he pays your fees, that is a stronger support now compared to a bank draft.

ATTAHDYE:
He should use the money open a GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate) in your name, that is what the visa officer will recognize, not bank draft.
