Hi, They definitely send the email but if at the end and they did not request the certificate. Then you will get positive result but you need to wait a while because the person reviewing your case is now a different person who will call up your case file to review. so chilll yusash: 1 Like |

Hi, accepting is different to approval. Every embassy are free to collect any document but approval is the koko. German is the only country in Europe that has their Blocked Account enshrined in their constitution as a means of proof of fund for Student, Work permit except Tourism/visit. Thanks nnanyelugo1: |

Hello Nairalanders I created this topic to educate the general public about NVQ programs so that many Nigerians will not fall victims. Currently, it is trending that for one to secure jobs with sponsorship in countries like UK, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA etc One need a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) and it is always graded with Levels. NVQ is a regulated program with Regulated qualification framework (RQF)/ European Qualification Framework (EQF) All UK /British NVQ are acceptable all over the work. British is a member of Lisbon convention (Which borders on certificate recognition) see https://www.enic-naric.net/page-lisbon-recognition-convention, https://www.enic-naric.net/page-recognition-conventions NVQ qualifications are a par with Degrees see UK govt website for details https://www.gov.uk/what-different-qualification-levels-mean/list-of-qualification-levels lets start with Level 3 Level 3 is Equivalent to Alevel Level 4 is Equivalent to OND Level 5 is Equivalent to HND Level 6 is Equivalent to Bachelor Level 7 is Equivalent to Masters. Level 8 is Equivalent to Doctorate. NVQ, school and college qualifications is regulated in the UK by The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) see link for better understanding https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/ofqual NOTE: Not all certificates designated as level 2, 3, to 8 are Ofqual regulated. Many Nigerians have fallen prey to the gimmicks of fraudulent individuals who have decided to name none regulated programs as one. no wonder in various media you see some noice where people are offering Phelabotomy level 3 etc. this is laughable since they are not regulated. Also many have lost very big amount of money with some course designated as Health and social care level 3 but they are not regulated. Before you do any program, make sure they are Ofqual Regulated. Do not be moved by the levels attached to any. if in doubt, any Qualification that is not listed here is not NVQ and is not regulated as well. https://find-a-qualification.services.ofqual.gov.uk/find-regulated-qualifications Now that i have explained what NVQ Qualifications is all about. lets go to user case. To secure a regulated jobs oversea like UK etc, you need a regulated qualifications and that is where NVQ comes in. We are going to use UK as a case student FOR JOBS The UK minimum requirements for job sponsorship is NVQ/RQF Level 3 especially in public institutions such as NHS see for your ref: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/uk-points-based-immigration-system-employer-information/the-uks-points-based-immigration-system-an-introduction-for-employers Also for Education pathways: The way most Nigerians loose their admission in UK is alarming due to inability to pay their tuition. I think the Blog will be an Antipode to that, one is advice instead of coming here to do 3 to 4 years program. Why not do up to level 5 in Nigeria and just come here for 1 and Graduate or better still do level 6 and come here as a top-up student with faster graduation, less tuition fee and less course work. or even do Level 7 in Nigeria and come here as a Masters degree top-up. It is very difficult for an Average Nigerian to come here for 3 or 4 years course to graduate because of heavy financial requirement except you have a good sponsor. Note that NVQ can be evaluated by World Education Services (WES) for those who want to use it for both Educational and Career purposes in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand etc. Finally, i have a raised a discuss. lets engage and i can also go deeper into Job pathway after completing the NVQ programs. It is more advicable to do the program with approved centres in Nigeria even if you are in UK and you want a sponsorship. It does not matter where you do it provided it is an approved centre. Reasons why you should do it in Nigeria. 1. to create awareness among Nigerians 2. Cheaper to compare other providers 3. Option to pay in Nigeria 4. Program support If you are interested, contact here and i can recommend centres that can be of help to you I am Chigboz... Travel and Tours Adviser. All Questions and contribution should be here so that others will learn and together we clean our system (Nigeria) with deceivers 1 Like

[quoteDo the right thing, get the application filled well and you can get your visa. Secondly, i do not understand what you mean the applicant wasnt prepared very well. Once you have a genuine COS, it is as having your visa. Reapply. Thanks byauthor=Pjreilly post=132543704]2) Is it still advisable for the applicant to reapply again ?as this was the suggestion from the employer, Reason for the refusal was that the applicant could not explain some of the questions and therefore they concluded on a probability the applicant is not suitable for the job .The employer believed the applicant wasn't prepared very well for the interview. Job Title : Graphic Designer 3) IHS fees is not yet refund ,should the applicant want to reapply, does another IHS fee required please? if no how does it going to work?1 Apologies message sent in error. 1) Can the employer assign the CoS to another applicant ?should if the applicant is not interested to reapply due to fear of being rejected again and as the employer still require someone to work for them [/quote] |

For Care worker, start by doing NVQ Health and Social Care atleast level 3. Most be Ofqual Regulated. Then after that start your job hunt direct with NHS, Trac, etc Make sure your personal statement is ATS compliant to be able to be shortlisted for Interview. Kintowi: HI, Good day, Yes you can get Free UK government sponsored NVQ if you fail into these categories. 1. If you can prove the you are receiving less that 22,000GBP PA 2. If you can prove that you have no work. 3. If your current employer such as NHS can sponsor you. Remwmber, you can do all these if you can prove your right to work and live in the UK but for someone from outside the UK not possible. We are not talking of all those free Health and social care on udemy and the like that are not NVQ. Those who wants to travel to Canada can as well use NVQ since it can be accessed by WES provided it is Ofqual regulated NVQ. |

JimJim10:Do not buy COS and come here, you will suffer rather go for NVQ in health and social care or go for Forklif training and apply for job directly. The only place people fail in this job hunt. Your CV and personal statement must be ATS compliant. No ATS is same because of the Key words used to advertise the job. Thanks 1 Like 1 Share |

Dear, let her take NVQ level 3 certificate. Make sure it is an Ofqual regulated one and you will get her COS. secondly, if you want her via Health and care route. Let her also take phlebotomy certification or Clinical/medical Assistant as an addon. For sure, she will. Also do not neglect to get a good professional profiling to be added to her CV. She can go for the NVQ in Nigeria Thanks Shawarmagirl: 1 Like 1 Share |

Hello, you need to do you due diligence. Qualifi is actually an Ofqual awarding Body but you need to verify Inspire London college is they are approved centre by qualifi. Most Approved Qualifi courses in the UK are too expensive. I will advice you do it with Centres outside the UK or better do it with Nigerian approved centres since they are very cheap to company other centres. Thanks Moregoody: 1 Like 1 Share |
