but let me make u to sound sensible. As u had early said dat investigation take months, nafdac suppose to make investigation dat will take months to know exact shops dat sell fake drugs, also to know where d fake drugs is been stored. After successfully investigation dey will go back and reinforce their self come back to d market to make some arrest of d people selling d fake drugs, they will also lock their shops, d agency will also park d fake drugs to der office for destruction. But Look at wat u are saying dat people denied their shop, and some people ran away from their shop which mean dat nafdac did not do enough investigation into ds matter. Not everyone is into crime, u said alot of shop are into fake drugs and i quote u wrong, not everyone in d market are into fake drugs , people dat are into d fake drugs are d minority. This job is very simple, make full investigation in d market, arrest people dat are into fake drugs, lock their shops. But nafdac is making d job to look tedious.

Investigation can take months and years abroad and you will never have access to the crime scene. It was not one shop indicted here, lots of shops so what we have is a MEGA crime scene. As part of investigation, people confess and report or take pleas..instead some of our people lied and denied and NAFDAC said people did not even come to claim the shops. Everyone acted dump including plumbing section storing drugs.

You are MAD at the wrong people. It is like blaming the COPS for killing an armed robber because it was just things...but if there was no robbery, there wont be any shooting. Before you come online and make a fool of yourself calling people names...think and ask yourself, wil this make me look stupid? Blame those that peddled crimes and sales of fake drugs and everyone complicit in killing fellow Nigerians. NAFDAC is not your problem, and neither am I. Blame your FAKE DRUG criminals.

Dey said people are selling fake drugs, good and fine, what nafdac suppose to do is to make full investigation and find those selling the fake drugs arrest dem and charge dem to court. But what the stupid and wicked nafdac did is to close all the market for three months now, so what the agency is telling us is dat everybody in dat market is selling fake drugs. The innocent people in d market were affected, they beg for money to feed, pay house rent, pay school fees of der kids, and to solve their problem because their means of livinghood is closed down for three months now. Many biz were closed down for three moths now, people selling food in d matket, sales girls, etc were affected. The stupid nadac is now telling each of the shop owners to pay #700k (not dose caught selling d fake drugs) but everyone selling drugs in d market, is ds not wickedness? And u are here supporting d agency. God will definitely punish u for supporting evil. In abroad dat u are talking abt will not behave like nigerian agency, in abroad the agency will go into full investigation then fish out the bad egg (people selling d fake drugs) and arrest dem den they will be charge to court .

It is called restitution to the Govt...all the funds wasted by the Govt in investigating the crimes nko. The most important thing is for the funds to be documented and paid into the Govt coffers. You cannot bring back the dead but you must pay for your crime. You want prosecution and court...that will take years and their shops won't be open till after court orders it, so which is better?. Pay a serious fine and move on. In saner climate, govt will charge you and you must serve prison sentence then come out to pay restitution on top. That person will never balance
