Pls I really need some help, am badly suffering from back pains from my neck down to my waist, I have been to hospital and taken several pain relief but still is getting worse, it doesn’t allow me to sleep at night, it came as a result of prolong sitting for years due to the nature of my job, pls I need some help. |
