A Client in the Financial Services is recruiting Client Officers to join its growing team.

Position: Client Officer


Key Responsibilities

Market and promote the company's loan products to traders, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and business owners.

Identify and generate potential clients through online and offline channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, and application processes to customers.

Follow up with leads and support clients throughout the application process.

Meet agreed monthly client acquisition and sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and client interactions.

Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

✅ Requirements
Minimum of an SSCE OND/HND/Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, microfinance, fintech, lending, or customer acquisition is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work
independently and meet targets remotely.

Strong networking, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Must have access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection.

Ability to market loan products
professionally and ethically.
