The solution is simple, be open with him but not with your legs, from what i read i think u are more into him than he's with you, so look look into that.

Secoundly take things slowly or bit by bit like he's doing thats his kind of person, he doesnt want to rush into marriage with until he is certain he wants you, you should do thesame,as you can see he's quite establish so you cant impress him well enough with ur wealth or status.
