Madam you talk too much! You think you did your best for me? Despite knowing fully well I wasn’t satisfied with your proffered solution...what I just wrote here is called ‘feedback or reviews ‘ it’s done on AliExpress, Jumia, Amazon etc... no witch is trying to spoil your business and pls stop being sentimental or rather over religious. What you should do is sit tight and upgrade hair quality you sell. I speak out when I feel cheated and it’s not a crime, write all the epistle in the world here it won’t change the fake hair you sold me to a quality one neither would it bring back my lost 19k....

You sweet talked about hair claiming it’s original, you sent it to me after payment and the hair appear good at first sight... you, a so called hair expert didn’t even know from first glance/touch that the hair is fake and you expect me to know? Your thunder Dey do press up for heaven!

You might have sent the refund that morning but the same time you got a debit alert was when I got a credit alert which was 8PM

Don’t stress yourself posting chats. Everything I explained up here is exactly as we discussed. You are such a terrible person and that my 19k balance you ate go purge you. Ewu! Selling fake hairs all about (that would be your downfall and not me), karma is waiting for you.

The picture above is day 5 the hair was on my head and the same day I uninstalled it.
... After dragging this matter of refund for a while, madam seller told me she get craze for head and that she was raised in Warri and if she shows me her craze I go shock! (who cares if she was/is a yabaleft patient?) all I needed was 20k refund and to send her worthless product back to her!!! She promised to block me on WhatsApp that she is done with me if I don’t accept the 15k. Una see injustice from a so called lawyer??!!! God, i wish I had patronized a physical shop and the seller started yarning dusts after a 2 years guarantee... Well, after all said and done my family told me to just accept the 15k and assume I misplaced the remaining 19k. Then I sent her my account details which she promptly blocked me, and to show her arrogance and insensitivity this mad seller did not send my money that morning until 8PM ... well, I learnt a lesson!

So i Laid my grievances about the hair to her and she tried to persuade me to take the weaves to hair laundry! Hair laundry kwanu? New hair for that matter! I told her no that I wanted refund or replacement. Then she said I should send the hair across and she will send it to the factory in China for treatment and they will bring back this same hair but it might take a long time to get to me OR She would return the hair to China but give me back another hair less than my initial payment OR I keep the default hair and get 35% refund (12k out of 35k)!!! At this point I know say I don enter one chance! How can they give me back same synthetic-like hair after some so called treatment? What happens after the treatment wears off on the hair? I refused the options she gave and told her to give me a reasonable refund while I send her the hair to do whatever with it since she claims hair laundry will do the magic and at this point she increased the refund from 12k to 15k!!! So my 19k go just enter bush like that ?? For this naija economy!!! I nor gree, I began follow her drag am o, told her to leave it at 20k so I can just accept my loss(14k balance) on the deal... she blatantly refused telling me to keep the hair that she will refund 15k. Keep the hair for what na? She started telling epistle how some sellers would have blocked me off yet still thrive in their business and all bullshits, saying new born babies fall sick and get treated blah blah so I should start the new default hair with treatment....

This is what I got after installing couple with massive sheddings

So around November last year. I decided to patronize this seller for a curly hair (huge mistake!) I checked the hairs and this particular one caught my fancy (grade A Spanish tight curls) and it goes for 34,000. Well, I didn’t hesitate to buy the hair because I had the impression It’s a mouth watering hair and as the seller sweet talked the hair praising it to high heavens( zero shedding and tangling, use and dash her ancestors blah blah, 2 years warranty!!!) so I bought this hair and kept it waiting for Valentine day to fix it. The day came and I went to my hairstylist... when I brought out the hair from my bag for her to install it the first question she asked was if the hair was a ‘packet hair’ and I told her no that it’s a quality hair. She did her job and after fixing the hair I couldn’t find the curls as portrayed in the sample picture. Ok I thought to myself I will use rollers on the hair overnight of which I did. Next day I removed the rollers but hair wasn’t still curly instead it was wavy! Chai! I felt bad and thought wavy is not bad after all. 3 days after installing this hair the texture changed! It became hard like all those 2k hair at Balogun market! Immediately, I reported the issue to the seller of which she told me to condition it with leave in conditioner. Haa! This is a bad sign I thought, so I applied conditioner once and for a few minutes hair became soft but the curls wasn’t even noticeable. By the 4th day of installation the hair became strong like sponge! I couldn’t take it and I told the seller I wanted a refund or exchange afterall she gave 2yrs warranty on the hair and the hair is not even up to 5 days yet. Na so yawa enter the matter o ...( below is hair she sold me and the outcome I was expecting)
