Wen you say certify a copy from local govt, do you mean request another copy from them? Someone said he submitted affidavit of parents but he was asked for attestation of birth from NPC at his interview.

please i need your advise.

I needed NPC birth certificate for something very important, now i have read some comments that says NPC does not issue birth certificate to persons born before 1992, that they only issue attestation.

Now i sent some one to help me get it as i am not around and the person went to a local government and got the NPC BC something like the one below.


my question is;
is it fake and can you get it any local government?
I was born in the '80s, is it possible that they still issue BC to people born before 1992?
Can this be presented abroad?

Please im in a very worried state, my brother wants to adjust his status and was asked for his birth certificate. Now the only birth certificate he has is the one he got from NPC. Can this be submitted to USCIS? He was born in 1987. Please i need advise. He has something like this Below.

Pls has anyone gotten a visa in the last 5 days? My interview is in a few days. Pls share experience. I hear it's quite hard now. Tho I've been to the U.S before on a 1month visa.

I Have an interview in a few weeks at the us embassy, I had 1month U.S visa 4 years ago, I traveled and spent just 10 days but I haven't renewed since then. Now I don't know if I stand a chance of being issued a visa again as it's been a long time I got the last one.
Please advice me
