I should have collected my car from you that day.. But I pity you ... You were looking rough and unkempt that day.......But I decided to pity you .....

Yh. No arm rest. Seems most manual transmission cars don't come with arm rest.
You are not supposed to rest the arm. Its for shifting gears.
