Since most real estate investors are wary of investing in building new and affordable hostels around Nigerian campus, mainly because most are not disposed to the trouble that goes with collecting rent from students, we then went around it, to create a platform that helps students manage more effectively the hostels available. It does two things mainly,


1: A student can get to share his/room on a short or long term with other students both old and new.
