its a problem with the cord. It happens also on my F2, if I charge facing the umidigi upwards the phone will charge slowly and it'll fast charge if the umidigi is face down.
Get a new cord if you are not satisfied with that.

Hello guys....am having problem with my charger.....it charges perfectly when the umidigi label is facing upwards....but it doesn't charge when the umidigi label is facing downwards.....I don't know if the problem is with the cord or the charging port... but am pretty sure it's from the cord....pls guys I need your opinions on this

After several searching and testing of Gcams I've finally confirmed that these umidigi phones can't handle Gcams: A5pro, A7 pro, A3, A3s, Power and A3x because their camera � hardwares are not high end. They don't support camera A2pi.
The below umidigi supports Gcam.
F1, F2, Power � 3 and S5 pro.

I'm working on a simple video tutorial on how to install a working Gcam on your MTK devices that supports camera � A2pi. I'll up the video as soon � as possible on my yt channel.

Digital well-being just tells u how much time you spend on a particular app, but look at Ur usage graph; look at where I marked, it showed an increase in battery life indicating charge, that's how u know there has been a charge inbetween, normal it will continue a downward trend till it's charged up again
