Hello everyone,
I want to apply for my sister’s visit visa, she has a family back home, her husband and children. She has a savings of more than 2k dollars in her domiciliary account for more than a year now, i also have savings in my pounds account. She has a small business clothing business, she uses one of the bedroom in her house, she sells majorly online on her two instagram accounts and her business is registered with CAC. Her husband works with a government institution, so he can always support her with a leave letter from his office in order to stay with the children and a support letter. I never planned it before, i just felt it would be a good idea for her to come for my court wedding here. I have asked the court and they said i can use her as my second witness and i have a notification for the court wedding. The major issue is that the business account does not match the 2k dollars she has saved. Part of the money was from a land we both sold few years ago. Can she upload her personal account alone with my own payslips and my own account statement?
She plans to stay with me for nine days, and i will take care of her feeding and all. She will just pay for her ticket money.
