If you gave birth in the US, then prepare for documents along that line. They won’t state such in the 221g

If no childbirth, then prepare for questions around your previous visits. Use the i94 portal to be acquainted with your past visits and the duration on each occasion.

There was no reason for refusal on mine.

Yes i think so.

Everyone gets the generic 221g form which specify reason(s) for the 'refusal'. I saw two ladies that came for interviews after submitting via IW earlier.

@Dampops Are visa priority 221g interviewed differently from others? were you given a generic 221g form when you picked your son's passport for bio-metric at the embassy

Your question isn’t clear to me. At the point of creating her profile on the interview appointment portal, you must’ve entered her DS 160 confirmation number. That number won’t change unless you are scheduling a new appointment before you can edit it.
What do you mean by the appointment confirmation number? Can you share a screenshot (blur out some details) so we know what you are referring to?

Please what does this IW status means:

A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. ... If you were informed by the consular officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete.

Deedamie:
I submitted on Monday, 14th a.m. As at last night the status was Administrative Processing. Today, it says issued.
