We bought 1k gallon of water for N25k around late December, after so much management, it got finished at mid January. Less than 3 weeks a big GeePee thank of water N25k. Something 3 litters of fuel or even NEPA light will help us do of we had borehole.

Do your feasibility study, champion the restoration of water in that area. Let that general problem be your uplifting.
