You did not understand him. He meant that- seeing as he was unable to complete the 1st phase of the assessment, should he bother going all the way to abuja for the 2nd phase? Meaning, what are the chances of him succeeding considering he knows he has already failed the 1st phase(due to network issues). So he is asking for advice on whether to try his luck and just go to abuja or sit it out and cut his loss.

But remember the sent him another text that he should prepare for the 2nd phase? Then he’s good to go. If he didn’t succeed on the previous I doubt if he could get the continuous text.

I went to the office in abuja the advise is just to get the two certificates required on or before 25th of March and send to them. I'll be getting my Gendiq certificate tomorrow for a cheaper amount.
