Hi everyone, I have 70 points excluding my state points, my occupation is Database Administrator 262111.

My English score is under proficient and I have a ACS of 2 years and 1 month working experience. I also have a masters.

Please what are my chances for 190 and 491?

Hi everyone, I have a BSc and MSc in computer science and over 5 years experience as a data analyst. I want to apply for Australian PR, and was asked to go through ACS, I have started gathering documents but my concern is my transcripts, the university I schooled have refused to release the transcript to me. Please what do you guys advise I do here? They said they can only give me student copy and I dunno if they would accept it.

Also for the payment documents, can I submit payslips and tax clearance or do I need to add bank statements too?
