To all the "Elrufai is irrelevant because he didn't deliver Kaduna" crew, know that he brokered the deal that has now brought Kwankwaso and Atiku together exactly a year ago. Ditto Atiku and Obi. Tinubu knows why he has him incarcerated. He knows what Elrufai can do. El-Rufai may not be your everyday politician but he is a dangerous strategist and he made Tinubu president. FACT!
