PropertiesRe: Best Place To Live In Lagos? Need Your Opinion(abroad 27yrs) by Chizua(m): 8:39pm On Sep 16, 2009

One with vision can create many businesses just from this thread alone. The need for clear and on time information is needed by Nigerains abroad. No real estate listing (like an MLS service). To all the real estate agents, imagine how much more income you will generate when you can look at a central database of properties for sale or for rent! Do anyone else see other businesses that can be created from this thread?
AT Nextzon, we are doing great job as one of our startup firms, Rent-a-Month is coming on board. It is a company established to offer on line rent finance services to tenants in the Nigerian real estate market.

These services will be offered via a website, which will have listed properties available for letting from agents across Nigeria. After undertaking a virtual inspection of the property, the prospective tenant would have the option of selecting bank finance for the rent payment.

CareerRe: Wema Banks Sack 500 Workers by Chizua(m): 7:41pm On Sep 08, 2009
Gentlemen, we are yet to see the effect of our new "Sanusisation Theory".  "a good decision at the wrong time".  Credit facilities has been frozen by banks.  Oil companies cannot have access to loan and cannot import or execute contracts.  Companies are begining to wind up, Naira continues to depreciating on weekly basis against Dollar.  It is bad.  Sanusi is good guy with right solution; but at the wrong time.  He is "Intelligent without wisdom"
PoliticsRe: The Mind Of Sanusi On Nigeria by Chizua(m): 7:23pm On Sep 08, 2009
Gentlemen, the key issue is not how learned Sanusi is or how vast he is; but does his actions or inactions put food on our tables.  We are talking about economy, which is the soul of our existence as family and nation.  Economic situation is critical for now.  Banks have frozen credit facilities to customers.  Companies are winding up, Naira is depreciating against dollar on weekly basis, guys are losing jobs, and many more  lots of other social evil.  It will not take time before it will be dawn on all of us.  Six months is too much.  "A good policy and action at a wrong time"
PoliticsRe: Reps Urge CBN To Return Bailout Money To Treasury by Chizua(m): 9:46am On Sep 02, 2009
I need answer to these questions:

1 Why was the so called examination report not shown to the Board of the Banks?

2. Why were they not giving the option to re capitalize or rectify whatever CBN wanted?

3. How did America, Britain and other Western Countries handle their banking crisis?

4. Why inject public fund (N400 Billion) without Legislators approval?

5. Is General Lamido Sanusi committing the same offence (Due process in giving out loan) against which he prosecutes the bank executives? huh

CareerRe: Graduating With A Second Class Lower by Chizua(m): 8:53am On Apr 19, 2007
It is quite unfortunate that the country we find ourself is hellbent on certification instead of ability and capability. That someone made 2.2 does not translate to weakness nor laziness. It is, in most cases, circumstantial (time, money and condition). Afterall the 2.2 guys always excel in other areas like ICAN and host of them. What we pray for is equal opportunity for ALL.
