It will be difficult to point to a specific reason without reviewing all the documents you submitted , without knowledge of how your oral/written interview went, what questions you were asked and how u answered them...

I submitted all necessary documents u have talked about in this group. The oral interview went well as i was asked why i chose to study the course.
