I filled out the Ds160 form using Lagos and got may, 2025. An agent contracted changed to Abuja and confirmed Dec 2025 .

I picked up myself and refilled the DS 160 form for Abuja.
Issues:
I have not been able to change the form number on the new website. What should I do?

On the new website, my appointment date is still Dec 2025 but there is 3 reschedules available down the page. Is it possible I reschedule? I'm genuinely scared to click it

I was told initially that I have exhausted the slot or I will crash my MVR. Is it possible to reschedule now on the new website?

You can’t change the form number but no hassle just print the new DS-160 and take it along.

Again NNPC has 10% in a JV doesn't give them right of first refusal as the new entity is taking over Exxon Mobil's stake in the JV. Exactly how Oando bought AGIP's stake in their JV with NNPC.

NNPC agreed a right of first refusal in the Joint Operating Agreement with Exxon, but Exxon attempted to use a technicality to evade it. Yiu should ask yourself why Exxon surrendered 10% to placate the NNPC, if there was no case.

This is how Shell was allowed to sell assets that are now an enviromental hazard, with no decommisioning place.

The FG refused to sign the deal unless Exxon undertook to decommission the assets. If Seplat refuses to discharge its obligations in decommissioning the assets, the FG will hold Exxon for those assets.

Seplat is majorly owned by Mariel and Prom, a French E&P company. Plus NNPC got 10% for their right of first refusal.

Guys, the passport number in my wife's appointment letter is wrong!

Like totally wrong. We were trying to print her appointment

Her ammentum receipt reflects the correct passport number and I'm sure the passport number changed very recently.

We have raised a ticket but this very puzzling. Her interview is for Wednesday in Abuja and we are getting all her documents in order to prepare for the interview.

Has anyone experienced this?

Please, what’s wrong with the passport pickup services? I had my interview in Abuja last week Tuesday and I picked Lagos as my pickup center. I booked appointment on OIS, on getting to their office in Lagos, they say my Passport isn’t with them. And the ceac website say “issued” what’s wrong? I’ve not gotten any email or message from the embassy to pick up my passport tho. Usually it doesn’t take this long, but has things change? Can anyone enlighten us?

Mine is going to be 4 weeks on thursday. no passport, no email, nothing.

Its been 2 week since my visa was issused, i dont have any email and i when i check the OIS document deliery it says it is not yet ready.

I checked https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx and it says "ISSUED". Case Last Updated: 30-Sep-2024

I initially choose Port Harcourt for delivery but I went there and they are not yet ready for pickup. i have updated my AVITS document delivery to Lagos since i am planning a trip next week.

i have also created an AVITS ticket. I am thinking about sending an email to the Abuja Embassy where i had my interview.

Is anyone else in the same boat? Any tips?

Can they ask you to represent budget to sacked lawmakers?
