I've literally been experiencing the same over the years. For my own case the likely causes have been ruled out. Large prostate is often the causes. When the stool is hard, it often presses the prostate which is likely enlarged then pushes some semen from the prostate to the urethra that then pops out.

Since possible causes have been ruled out, doctor conjectured that, since I started masturbating at 9 and I'm now 22, my prostate is used to getting full rapidly because of the frequent needs.
