*But if there is a Press Release declaring
that Shareholders Meeting is no longer necessary because Delisting is no longer on the table, then the Oando stock Bus will turn to a Rocket and soar over #100, other things being equal.

In the absence of this renunciation of delisting, even the Deal Signing event somebody is smelling above will not produce more than a 2 days bull.

I agree with most of your opinions, but you got one fatally wrong.
As regards the bolded, I don't understand what you mean by ''....the signing ceremony for the NAOC deal is still pending, so until then, completion of the deal cant be deemed official....''. This is false.

It is not the signing ceremony that validates or invalidates a contract transaction between two parties. A ceremony is not a factor to determine the completion of a deal. Not every organization is given to the idea of having a funfair or public shows when signing a business deal.
Once the basic ingredients of a contract: valid offer and acceptance, passage of consideration, legal, regulatory and other stakeholders (e.g. employee labour unions) approvals etc. have been achieved, the deal is done and sealed. The offer, acceptance and consideration have already been acknowledged and signed by the parties to the contract at the highest level and delivered to regulatory bodies e.g. NUPRC, SEC, FCCPC etc. They do not have to perform a ceremony in public or for the press.

How can lack of a public ceremony undo or invalidate a deal that NUPRC (which regulates both NAOC and Oando in the Nigeria upstream sector) has approved and announced as complete? The NUPRC, SEC, etc. are already in possession of legal documents that have been signed and sealed by official representatives of both parties. It is not the publicity or press ceremony that would validate the contract.

I agree that candle sticks can be interpreted as a barometer of many things. But it is just like a doctor using a thermometer to check if you have a fever. The thermometer indicates the presence of a fever but it doesn't say why.

Clearly for me the Dangote refinery factor caused the sharp rally in ETERNA's price in about December. It dropped off afterwards due to profit taking and the postponement of the takeoff date for the sale of PMS by the refinery. And we are now seeing a rise because the PMS sales are again imminent. Just my views.

The thing be say, nobody dey understand and time the market. If one was asked about UCAP 2 weeks ago, one would be waiting for it to go back to N14 or N15 for an entry but what's happening now. FA or TA would not have placed UCAP where it is now.

not atall, am targeting Q3 ni as nothing much to talk about for now... price will still fall more. Technically, banking stock is d leading indicator and it shows price never reach the strong support. so for ogbonge investors like me it not time to hit d market.

The stock will be paraborating at 8.50 to 9.50 region for some time waiting for the next court case adjournment and the 2023 calamity to be released around July.

You have every opportunity to bail out now and look for a low BP stock to enter.
