Claiming that Tinubu also confessed that President Buhari excluded him from the APC-led Federal Government, Saraki said personal interest was the main reason Tinubu was supporting Buhari’s re-election. Saraki and Tinubu Tinubu’s media team refused to react yesterday when Vanguard called for its reaction to the Senate President’s claims. The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) said its personnel on internal security operations in Zamfara State have killed scores of bandits terrorising the people of the state. The bandits were killed in Sububu Forest, Birni Magaji and Rugu Forest following air strikes and helicopter gunship attacks on the stronghold of the terrorists. Federal Government, yesterday, announced that it had completed arrangements to concession six hydro dams to private operators under build, operate and transfer, BOT, scheme. Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, who disclosed this during the 29th Power Sector Stakeholders’ meeting in Minna, Niger State, said the step was aimed at energising educational institutions and markets in the country. The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), has said that Nigeria’s effort at attracting investors into its gas utilisation drive and creating value for the economy is responsible for different gas prices in the domestic market.
