Am using Qsat q23g it was avartacam account but it expired and I upgraded it

When I scan for channels I only get multi TV channels no dstv or canal what should I do.
And how can I access the menu where I can check my account number and expiry date for Qsat after doing an upgrade.

NO IT WAS NOT OTA.IT WAS DONE THROUGH FLASHING FROM RECOVERY. SHOW ME PROCESS FOR DOWNGRADE THRU THE FLASH TOOL AM USING TECNO C8

No it was done through recovery not OTA. SHOW ME PROCEDURE FOR THE FLASH TOOL
