Ginkgo biloba has become one of my favorite herbs and honestly, I think it’s pretty underrated. My journey with it started when I was looking for natural ways to deal with anxiety, high blood pressure, and some recurring eye problems. Since I wanted to keep things affordable, I focused on foods and herbs that could actually help with those issues. After doing a lot of research and checking reliable sources, Ginkgo biloba kept popping up as one of the best and most affordable options. After taking it regularly, I’ve noticed some great changes. I feel calmer, more focused, and my blood pressure has become more stable. I haven’t really seen much improvement in my eye problems yet, but everything I’ve read suggests that Ginkgo can be good for eye supplementary herbal food too. So I’m hopeful that with continued use, I’ll start seeing results there as well.
