Good evening m having issues incorporating a company after paying for the registration and even receiving firs stamp duty approval it just displayin approval pending for 3 days now and later later received mail message as status failed but in my cac portal approval pending but I am yet to upload documents because am waiting for necessary signature so I don't know why such reply shold be in my mail

As long as you have not uploaded your documents, the status will be shown as pending an if your process is queried as well, your querry will be sent to you to resolve

@Virtual7, First and foremost you are not not suppose to pay that amount for 1million Share capitaI. I am a corporate lawyer ans accredited CAC Agent so I am giving you verified information. The issue you are having is the wrong method you followed else regisration with cac is a seamless process. I can assist you to resolve it.
