Both Fred and McTominay will mess up their first touch and turn their 2nd touch into a tackle.

Fred's case is mainly due to poor composure and concentration while McTominay just lacks the technique. Outside height and strength there are between 4 and 6 academy players better than McTominay already and Fred's case is only marginally better.
