You are probably using a Chinese Version with global ROM, meaning the bootloader has been Unlocked.

If a bootloader have been Unlocked DStv Now won't work.

And for your own sake don't attempt to lock your bootloader.

Some reason I advice people to stick with Global Versions

What if your device is global version and bootloader is unlocked, will the device still be google certified?
