I got 2/39 and i used phone.

In fact, i knew the 2 questions that got out. Cos i was aware the moment i answered it.

I've gotten a hang about how the out of CT works.


This week, i haven't worked much, but i know i have only 1 question out of CT.

I've noticed some irregularities since I got on boarded.

My first month I answered a total of 91 questions but got paid for 60. (Not counting out of CT)

Week 17 report, I answered 66 but got 60 counted for me..

Now this week 18, I answered 50 questions but got 54 counted for me (before out of CT)


Anyone experienced the increase?
I remember GentRoyal say something like this about his last week report. He said maybe he didn't count well.

Go to your profile, go far back as 5 days ago. Check the timestamp of all the questions you answered that is tagged "5 days ago", you will see that some of those questions, fall on 2 different days.

It's as they say. The CT reloads.

Normally, i watch the CT everytime to make sure it doesn't reload.

Nowadays, i don't watch again. I just take my time to answer. When I'm done, i don't submit. I check if CT is still in, if it is, i submit.

If it isn't, i copy my answer. They close the tab. Of course i know the question before closing the tab. Login to CT, go to the subject, find the question. It would have been up by then. And within 30 seconds, it's answered. Cos you already copied your typed answer.


Only once, have I lost a question, before i got to it, 2 people already started answering it

I stopped using my daily report when I realised it never tallies. I haven't sent report this week sef.

The only way to know the "exact" amount of questions you answered is going to your brainy profile to count.

You would realise, for example.


On your profile, you will see 3 days ago. But when you open the questions, and check time you answered, you will see that the date differs.

What I'm saying is, the daily report we send, is what shows on our brainy profile as, 3 days ago, 1 week ago, bla bla.

But the report sent to us deals with the time we answered the questions in particular.

I don't know the time zone the report comes with. It's too complicated(maybe not) to figure. I'd definitely know if I sit down and reason. But, who e epp?

Scroll up and read barackodam's method he uses not to get out of content tools.
Like he said, the issue is that the content tool refreshes.
For example, you may click answer to answer a question but while you are answering it, the content tool refreshes and then, the question may be taken out of the content tool and you will not know. So when you now submit your answer, it will record it as out of content tool because it wasn't in the tool as at the time you submitted.
Another example is that while answering a question, you may be logged out of the content tool and you wouldn't know. When you now click submit, it will record it as out of content tool because you were not logged in when you submitted the answer.

So the solution is that you should endeavor to be checking the content tool every 2 minutes while you are answering a question to ensure that it doesn't refresh and take the question out or it doesn't log you out.
I have followed this for a while now and haven't had a single out of content tool in the last 3 weekly reports!
