Nigeria with an ever-growing population and a surge in migration from rural to urban areas puts a squeeze on the country’s housing supply which seems none existing despite the modest efforts by Private developers in Nigeria to build homes over the past decade. More worrisome to this trend is the growing number of new housing that remains unoccupied for years despite the overwhelming demand that has existed for decades.
