Family › Re: My Wife's Job Is A Threat To Our Marriage. by christejames(m): 11:39am On May 22, 2025
NwaAmaikpe:
shocked

We have all been misled for so long, but it is best we demystify this myth, not for ourselves but for posterity and people in your shoes; because you will soon be gaslighted by woke people who will call you inconsiderate, selfish, nagging and not supportive enough.

First things first, she has to quit the job and be a housewife for a while if you are to salvage your relationship.

Sex is not a want, it is a need.
A human need, which comes with an urge....just the same way as hunger.

We all know that women view marriage as a trophy that gives them the privilege of the title 'Mrs' and having children, but she should not rub it on your face that your job is done.

It is justified to come back from work really drained and not have the appetite for sex, just like it is possible to come back so drained from work that you can't even eat till you've rested.
You've not written anywhere that you chuck your preek straight at her face once she walks through the door, so I just have to believe that you initiate sex when you have assessed it to be alright to.

As long as a person is not mentally or emotionally distressed wherein a temporary loss in appetite arises,
(emphasis on the word temporary, because when someone gets a terrible news, they'd instantly lose the appetite for food, and grieve for days but they eventually recommence eating).

So a persistent refusal of intimacy and becoming workcentric despite appeals and interventions from her parents is a symptom of an even more malignant problem.
How come the same woman who is too tired for sex, is not too tired to breastfeed her kids; simply because it is a need.
But these are both needs?

My worry even gets worse with your concern about the kids not getting much attention from her.
If her job is not what the family survives on, why will she be that passionate to work on public holidays, school holidays, and every Saturday?
Reflect on this and you'd see, you alone enabled her!

Verily, verily, I can say unto you, if the Holy Bible deemed it fit to equate a mother's love and attention for her own kids as unshakeable, then you do not need a native doctor to tell you there is a big distraction somewhere.

A big distraction that she has become addicted to, because every woman who has cheated will tell you that there is nothing as addictive as the attention from a strange man.
So break the addiction and get her to quit that job ASAP.

God forbid that a woman you married with your own money does not get turned on when you touch her.
It is a natural response to stimuli, because that same woman who has painted sex with you to be a difficult chore will get drenchingly wet if she reads an erotic novel, watch porn or gets fiddled by another man.

Social media, streaming sites, greed, an excess of men ever-ready to shag people's wifes and acute poverty has made Nigerian women extremely susceptible to not just being distracted but ultimately unfaithful.

If she does not value your preek, look for someone who will. But because no one will love your preek like you, try to masturrbate a bit more as you seek clarity to this misfortune in your relationship.

Because like I said when i started off, sex is a need and if she does not want to get this need from you, who then is meeting this need for her when she leaves your house for work?
NwaAmaikpe calmly gave some nice advice? 😲

That means Tinubu fit change for good anytime ooo 😂 😂 😂

Politics › Re: Zamfara Christian Convert, Zainab Muhamadu To Face Trial In Sharia Court by christejames(m): 7:05pm On May 20, 2025
Google 'spread by the sword, but dying by the internet' and see how the eyes of the Islamic world is being opened, especially in core advanced Muslim nations.

Can you believe that the current percentage of practicing Muslims in Iran 🇮🇷 is less than 50% of their total population? (I read it today, with some Iranians claiming they are even less than 20%) as I was reading about them today it even baffled me the more, an Iranian who has left the faith said he visited home last Ramadan and in his community none is taking fasting serious, that they eat when they want to and that now even their ladies dress as they want to, he ended by saying that they are Persians and were once an advanced kingdom until Islam came, that they want to go back to the old Persian era when they were free. This is just an example of countless others that I read today even from Algeria 🇩🇿, to Morocco 🇲🇦 to Egypt 🇪🇬 and others. With high ranking Islamic scholars (I can't remember their names now) raising alarms that the percentage of people leaving Islam is now at an alarming rate, one even said about 100,000 every year. He might not be wrong.

Even in th western countries, people like Godlogic, Bob, Orlando and others have been proselytizing Muslims in swathes into Christianity by opening their eyes to the disrepancies in their religion.

I know this swathe will soon sweep across Northern Nigeria 🇳🇬 albeit slowly as far as we are in this internet age.

Oops! No wonder the Sultan of Sokoto was talking against the internet and social media the other day, now it makes sense.

This lady might even ignite that fire in Nigeria 🇳🇬, we can't wait! grin

Education › Re: Benue University Changes It's Name by christejames(m): 10:13am On May 19, 2025
Why does our daft politicians always find joy in renaming an already established entity that has used its name as a brand?

What stops them from creating something new to name or even choosing a structure in the already established institution to name? undecided, the governor just established a new state university in Vandekiya his hometown, what stops him from naming the university after the former governor? Or maybe he just wants to take the brand and eyes of the state to his community.

New York University is a brand
Chicago University is a brand
London University is a brand
University of Nairobi is a brand
University of Johannesburg is a brand
University of Nigeria is a brand

And a whole lots more, the name doesn't just project the school but the image of the place it's located.

Politics › Re: The Height Of Injustice Against The Idoma People In Benue State by christejames(m): 6:10pm On May 17, 2025
I feel no pity for the Idomas, it's only those who have not stayed with them will pity them.

A group that finds it hard to fight for a cause? A group that would rather be envious of other progressive groups in their land to the point of intimidating them, but can't cough at the Tivs (or even the herdmen) that have held them hostage for eons?

Against what you posted for the universities, for the record, Idoma land now have a Federal University; Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo that is functional but that attitude of theirs (I know it all) and their awkward display of politics is making the university to look like a glorified community secondary school; a new university but still battling for substantive Vice Chancellor almost every month a new name will be announced as a Vice Chancellor. undecided

Otukpo Town, the Headquarters of the Idoma Nation is nothing to write about, just retrogressing due to the clannish and envious attitudes of the people especially towards settlers.

The Idomas, a group so exposed and educated still behaving like those stuck in the stone age, especially in leadership.
