Appointments are not available for now, tho it appeared briefly yesterday morning. Best bet is to keep checking at intervals- I use Airtel network as one senior egbon adviced me here and it’s opening just fine.

For the insurance you can use Dr Walter and for motivation letter AI can help just have to be careful while using AI, IF you need further assistance on the insurance let me know.

Got a mail saying that the Formal obligation letter I uploaded when i first applied will not be Valid at the time of my application. My brother who lives in Germany got another letter yesterday for me which I uploaded, they still said it will not be valid at the tike of my application. Please how do I resolve this? I need guidance please 🙏

Hello bro, I wanted to ask how and if you resolved this? I was also asked to send a new SL as the one I sent had obviously expired, so I used first week of April as the new date for the new one, haven’t heard from them though since I submitted.

The embassy reached out to me to make a correction on my application, add my CV and RP of my sponsor. But the portal has no space for uploading additional documents except proof of health insurance option- I had previously used the other documents option in the portal.
Should I use the space for health insurance and submit my CV and RP?

I just received a mail to proceed with the application. I know I have to book a date but I need to know what documents I need to go to Lagos with. I’m using SL.
PS. I started the application on July 31st and submitted on August 11th.

Your date of creation shows 29th of July 2025, but your last edit shows 22nd of January 2026. Your last edit is what counts as having joined the waiting list. So it's either two things;

1. You have been asked to do the preliminary review, which is why you were able to edit and your last edit shows the date it's showing OR;

2. You did not submit in July 2025 and you probably just submitted in January. Which means you've just joined the waiting list in January.

@Missmarola, the edit was requested to keep my application in the system, standard procedure I guess. So I did submit in July 2025. Thanks everyone for your response and guidance. I’ve initiated the process for a new SL- our heart desires shall come to fruition this year Amen.

Good morning noble men and women. I submitted my application in August 19th and have been on waiting list since then. My SL will expire by end of this October, is it possible to get a new extended SL from my sister who lives in Germany and can the SL be issued for like one year period?
