He has been the most kicked player in the Premier league in the last 5 years, Neymar can't even stand 2 of those tackles else his career would be over.
He's a team player who might not be your regular 30 goals a season player but check Chelsea's stats for the past 3 seasons and compare it with Neymar's contribution and moreover, Neymar is a striker who likes to play at the left side of the attack, Hazard is a midfielder (winger) who only play as a makeshift striker once in a while.
Hazard was by far the best player at last year's world Cup whereas every other team Brazil played against complained about Neymar's diving tricks and showboating.
He might have won more laurels and earn more endorsement deals than Hazard but on the field of play, Hazard does it for me .
