I doubt if most women find it hard to be submissive. there are special cases though, where a lady has been in a previous abusive relationship(s) or was brought up a spoilt brat. there is a thin line between submission nd slavery. nd people don't seem to differentiate the two. that a woman is your wife doesn't stop her from expressing her opinion when Necessary. some husbands don't condone that nd that is slavery not submission.
