They really do fall sick but their brain does them favor by not interpreting the symptoms to the body. Once someone get brain touched (mentally sick), part of their brain responsible for consciousness gets damaged. This why they go naked without feeling any shame. Though they feel pain but the brain ignores it and as time goes on, their body adapts to the pain and consider it to be normal. Every sickness comes from the brain and that same brain will instruct u what to do. Thus, to go n see ur doctor or ur pharmacist. Or smtyms the brain wll force u to fall asleep n does the repairs. Mad people brain is too lazy to undergo this process and rather leaves the body damaging gradually to death.
