If you are selling a property, I think you should be open with information.

Thanks for your observations, but I guess you didn't read the advert well, it is stated that the estate boasts of REGISTERED SURVEY PLAN, LAYOUT PLAN , DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND OWNER'S RECEIPTS. Gazette and Excision documents are not required on lands in the mainland, only island lands that needs tha and yes the estate is in lagos state. Thank you sir @ mavverick
