for now u cant jailbreak untethered for iphone 4s on 6.1.3 + u can only downgrade if u have ur shsh blob saved for the version of ios u wanna downgrade to...

@ndigbo after applyiny for cert. Chill for ur cert and key after which u will download it from the site and use it to sign ur own apps or sign hellox to hack ya phone.

@ndigbo use this something like this 13123456789. The numbers must be eleven characters and must start with 13. It doesn't matter if the number is not correct.

for those having problem with phone number problem on Opda site should start their phone numbers with 13 when applying for cert and key, even though the number is not correct.

You dont need to pay for ya line to be activated. Just walk into any of their centers and ask them for ya line to be provisioned for internet cos thats was how i activated mine and i didnt pay a dime.
