In view of the current dollar crisis, Please can anyone avail us the current prices of Mobil-1 oil 5w30/20 and Toyota Motor oil 5w30/20.

I am interested in the US quality spec not the ones brought in from Dubai.

I also noticed that the sellers on konga.com have all removed the ones for sale on the site. Does anyone know what's going on with the oils?
there is so much difference in performance between made in Nigeria/Dubai and US 5w30 oil. US based has by far better performance. My next change, I won't go back to this naija Mobil. Difference is clear

Never mind the 208 that Amazon displays, wait for the bank debit alert. Bank rates now, have gone AWOL; more like black market rates.
I was even shocked after I checked my Zenith bank statement! The transaction they sent an alert to my phone at 227.13 was actually revised to 262+ to the dollar. The revised alert never came o. So I advice all those using zenith to check their bank statements some working days after their online transactions. The 227 is scam.
I'm surprised. Was charged 208 by gtb 2 weeks ago. No conversion of any sort. Money was debited in naira.
But for other online merchants that do not offer naira payment services, banks have a field day with their rates

This analogues are the problems we have in the health sector. An office clerk is not a professional and the hierarchical structure of a management system in question differs to what is obtainable in the health system. This is a system that is made up of different well trained professionals, doctors by the virtue of the additional one year of their training compared to other health professions in Nigeria are made to lord it over others which is not what is seen in other developed countries especially UK/ US. Research on the health organograms of other developed countries in the world and you will be amazed.
Your analogue should be related to the working relationship between architect, engineers, builders etc. They all have roles to play and each of the roles are supported by the others when in play and Vice versa.
Nobody can disband the Union except the groups that formed it. It is NMA nemesis and NMA is it's nemesis.
y are cleaners, drivers, porters, admin staff etc part of johessu. You should take your fight as individual groups simple. What is this strike all about? Increase in pay. Y compare your pay with ours. U claim to be independent but still want to attach your benefits to ours.

Do you have any idea what conditions of service is.? Are you a civil servant? Conditions of service means a different thing in civil service.
Kenya's nurses have it good more than with we have in Nigeria. Ever heard of clinical officers?
Graduate nurses....come on....you should know this na...these are university nursing graduate.
Condition of service for nursing in not well structured in Nigeria....it is in the pipeline though for either a unified scheme of service or a separate well organised scheme of service for nurses.
I know exactly what I meant when I mentioned graduate nurses. Even in your nursing profession, u guys discriminate against those who only attended school of nursing but not graduates of nursing fro the university.! They do the same work as graduate nurses but don't receive same pay. Why then do you want a nurse to receive same measure as doctor. You are even fighting yourselves within yet fight for the exact opposite thing without. I wish you have been to these countries I mentioned. Mind you, conditions of service cover both welfare and terms of reference. Go check out their terms of reference and see how u guys are flexing.

Go to your teaching hospitals and general hospitals, when your residents come for laboratory rotations they are schooled by senior scientists as part of their training in pathology and other to understand how to effectively requests medical investigations and they do it free. If it were physicians they would have been asking for "Training fee". If you are still in school, you say so, so that i can respond to your Senior regs and Consultants and not inexperienced young blokes.
seriously, I don't think u have entered any teaching hospital. We have consultant pathologists whose duty is to train residents. U don't have what it takes to learn what we learn let alone do the teaching.! That is why we need consultant pathologists for accreditation. Who are the consultant pathologists? Doctors of course. So don't come here typing rubbish.

Mr man, so you now place medical scientists on the same pedestal with cleaners? Did you ask to join Johesu but was turned down. Medical interns (the one you call house officers) and residents don't earn more than Clinical Scientists in the united States, Australia and even south Africa only your consultants (in some fields) do but as a pre-NYSC house officer in Nigeria you want earn more than experienced Senior Scientists that can even lecture your residents in Nigerian teaching hospitals. God forbid!
u really need to travel out. There is a huge difference between clinical scientist and medical scientist. By the way, with the work u guys do in the lab, u don't fit into any of the above.

is it your business how much FG decides to pay them...is it your money or will it stop you from receiving your own salary if FG decides to pay them the same thing with doctors? the problem we have in this country is not only corruption but hypocrisy also. it is not possible for a cleaner to receive the same salary with doctors because in the first instance their entry grade level is not the same. how can a cleaner who enters with first school leaving certificate collect the same salary with doctors please stop whipping up sentiments and public sympathy, you people will always bring up this issue so that the public will think that the demands of JOHESU are not legitimate. all JOHESU is saying is that everybody is an employee of the federal government and that payment should be made accordingly and for your information in wage demand sometimes you have to make your demands look outrageous so that after negotiations you'll get exactly or close to what you actually want. so doctors should quit being cry babies whenever JOHESU demands for an increase in wages.
you are really sounding senseless. If it's not my business what FG pays johessu, why is it urs what they pay doctors. Y can't u just ask for your pay rise without dragging doctors into it and comparing urs with doctors. Did u enta service with the same degree with doctors? Do you do the same work doctors do? U want the same pay, y not tell FG to also allow you see, manage patients and perform surgery like doctors. U r the hypocrite. U guys should get a life. As for my mentioning cleaners, are they no longer members of ur group?

Mr. Man, why won't I place medical scientists on the same pedestal with cleaners when u have same umbrella body covering u. Did u say u want medical scientists to be treated same way with doctors? No. U say u want same treatment for doctors given to JOHESU. Who is JOHESU. Your senior scientists can lecture resident doctors on what please. I can see you are completely deluded. I think FG should come up with strict terms of reference for each profession and this nonsense will end.

It is painful to be a graduate nurse in nigeria
Our condition of service is worst in the world
even amongst themselves, there is strife and division. Which one is graduate nurse. The condition of service of nurses in Nigeria cannot be the worst in the world. You need to go to Kenya or central African Republic or Congo. That said, condition of service of almost all profession in Nigeria is bad when you compare with developed nations.

“JOHESU members and doctors are treated differently, even when it is not the right of doctors to earn specific pay they accord them the pay which is part of the problems we are passing through. “This now brings disharmony because there is no fair administration of the health system which is part of the things that is causing disharmony and turbulence in the system, to avoid that the President should change such act,’’ he said. JOHESU is an umbrella body of all professional and non-professional health workers, excluding medical doctors.

is the above stated reasonable? How do they know the specific pay that is the right of doctors. They have constituted themselves to national salaries wages and income commission to stipulate what a doctor should go home with. Is this not pure envy. Let's bring common sense reasoning into this. Please how do you want a doctor and cleaner or driver or lab scientist to be treated alike or in same manner? I'm not degrading any profession but everybody has limits. It's just like saying an office clerk should be treated same way as the director, paid same salary and allowances. In which sane clime is that obtainable. This is the time to disband JOHESU. It was formed with no productive cut out aim than to gang up against doctors. Else why would an association be formed with membership of all groups of workers in the hospital with the exception of doctors?

you should know that doctors cannot run the hospital alone. ..our problem in this nation can be likened to two children of the same parents. you want to receive a better favour than your siblings even though the source of the favour is none of your business.
even though doctors cannot run the hospital alone doesn't mean a hospital cleaner should demand to be at par with a doctor. Did u even read op's post? There are some things that are uncalled for. If johessu wants to ask for pay rise they should do so outrightly and not always use doctors as reason theirs has to be increased. How do we even reason in this country. These people are just plain greedy, envious and jealous. The so called increase in doctors' salary is the relativity which they forced us into. Mind you, they have been enjoying this for God knows how many years. These people will only be satisfied when a cleaner goes home with same pay package as a doctor. Plain beef. PMB should just fix these people where they belong.

Please, let's ignore this thief. I don't see why this moniker shouldn't be banned. Nigerian numbers work in Benin Republic, Internet works there too. Chucky234 is unrepentant and will not come back to this thread, so he should be banned. If he hasn't located the owner of that car till now, then that car was stolen. Simple.
