CMOS Software is designed to handle secured file transactions within an establishment, this is done by initializing the file creation process, taking the file through the different processing stages, transferring the file from one location to the other, store or retrieve these files as at when needed. COMS operation is centralized. Having just one centralized database management system makes it easy to back up and secure the database at real time. CMOS could be deployed in an intranet or in a virtual private network, thereby coordinating all the activity of both the Head office and its various branches together.
