eightsin: Bosses, I just updated my os to 10.2.1.2977.. now only few of my photos show on the picture app... what to do gurus?

Heeelllpp!!! My ba3 is full but it's saying ba3 time remaining is 2hours.

I updated my Q5 to the same 10.2.1.2977 and everything is still working as usual. no wahala.


Can Q5 be upgraded to 10.3? I always go to my phone "software update " to know if I would see it there but I haven't.

I just updated my Q5. I'm yet to see any difference oh.

Good morning my Oga's here. In my Q5 BlackBerry hub, I do see something like PIN Message but I haven't received any pin message oh. Please someone should explain that to me

Secondly, when people plug their BlackBerry to charge, it usually show a clock to show that it is charging but my Q5 no dey show any clock while charging.

Q5 users are beginning to open up thank God my fellow Q5 are in d building. Na only Z10 and Z3 I dey hear since morning.

BluePearls: Some apps hog your data.. you should look into it. Check your data manager to know how it's being consumed.

where is the data manager located?

Mayb because Blackberry isn't using d data compression technology dey used in older BlackBerry OS here, it's either dat or glo's double-charging me. If not I dnt undastnd y I had 345mb yesterday morning n I was at a party n didn't use my fon mch, jst normal chat, n I woke up dis Mornin to c 161mb remaining... Pls has any1 noticed dis...?

walcolm: the BB10 browser can give you everything you want from the operamini browser. it is actually a well documented and seldom contested fact that the BB10 browser is the best mobile browser as of today

if you must install opera, go to 1mobile.com and install their appstore or visit amazon.com from your phone and download the amazon appstore apk, install it and you will have all the android apps on amazon available to install

you should still get a few OS updates pushed to your phone...you're not yet on the latest official OS

the bb10 browser is fine but it consumes more data than the opera. I'm trying to manage my mb. The browser plays songs on tooxclusive instead of downloading it to my phone directly. Lemme download the 1mobile app first. *runs off

walcolm: This thread is for all bb 10 devices and there's really not much of a difference in all the phones software wise..the screen size is the major difference and anything that works on the Z series works on the Q series

The Z series are quite popular and lots of folks here use them. I'll be happy if more people like yourself who use the Q series frequent the thread to share their insight

That said, what issues are you having?

Good talk bro. I recently bought the Q5, no problems so far but I don't know how to get interesting software on the phone. I have searched for ordinary operamini to install but couldn't get it. I don't also know how to start installing android apps. My os is 10.2.1.2102 SQR 100-3


I'm scared of doing any further upgrade on the phone cos I am scared of stories of malfunctioning.
