pin messaging on BB is the grandfather of the world renowned BBM that we all now know and love...with PIN messaging, you can send a message to another BB user's PIN without having to add them to your BBM

PIN messaging is only between BB devices

that is why in my signature, i tell people who want to contact me directly to send me a pin message...rather than BBM request

And the bar files are not "mandatory" as you have put it . . .
Even your acclaimed "10.3.0.1154" is so buggy . . you will need the bar files from 296 to make some apps work correctly

bro. 1154 is actually an hybrid os it's leaked. 1052 + another version which I can't remember right now...and .700 is a Dev os that was meant for developers to test dere apps against d 10.3.xxxxx but as loyal fans dat we are, we don't care if it's leaked, hybrid, Dev or official as long as it's new we go for it

I make an OS for the iPhone 4 and term is iOs 9
I plan to make a new OS upgrade for the iPhone 4 and term it iOs 9.1
But that's left pending
I make a new device , the iPhone 4s and the supposed OS for the iPhone 4 (iOs 9.1) is used as the primary OS for this device.
A rat inside the organization leaks the OS (iOs 9.1) to the public (cos we know they are compatible with all iDevices)
So I halt any further upgrades . .
The public take my iOs 9.1 and install into the iPhone 4 (before my own official release)
As to be expected the OS is buggy.
So they split the OS core files (taken from the iPhone 4s; which has been enjoying upgrades) and do some addition and subtraction
to create a less-laggy environment . . and they name it iOs 9.1.1
more workaround produces the iOs 9.1.2 et al
In one case, the leak came from within the organization;
in the other, it was modified from the underground community . . .
Use ur brain carry the rest !
