waec marking in abuja is at d usual place...zone 3. The secondary sch close to immigration headquarter. Have marked for 3yrs. The truth is ...it is stressful, its not worth the amount that's been paing after one month. Buh al d same...it keeps u busy esp those unemployed youth and those earning little from their sch. The positive thing abt it is that....u gt the experience of how to mark waec scripts. I started mine as a corper in 2013.

Ononuju ure nt a failure. I also resigned last year Dec.my teaching job. Since then it hasn't bn easy...my rent is due lastmonth n til now ntn favourable but I believe God ....I will be a testimony soon. .....u too wil mk it.

yes FIRS did an in-house recruitment...the truth is they re nt collecting any cv. I went there yesterday morning at 15, 20 sokode crescent, wuse zone 5. When u get there u wil even see a big poster boldly hung on their gate saying: there are no on-going recruitment until its been made public on National tv or national dalies.

We are looking for a school Manager for our vibrant new school in Maitama. The school manager must be presentable, charismatic and efficient at running a business. The preferred candidate will be innovative, vibrant, and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The preferred candidate must have excellent written and communication skills, and must be able to work in a team environment. The manager is expected to have good decision making analysis and be able to prioritize. 
 
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day operations of the school and report directly to the director of the school
Create strategic marketing plans to increase student enrolment and be active in school marketing and communications
Manage faculty and other human resource personnel
Conduct break even and sensitivity analysis to assess how school resources should be managed
Implement policies to promote efficient use of resources
Ensure the school remains a collaborative and friendly environment for staff and kids
Be responsible for ensuring a postive working culture - this includes creating events and workshops for teacher training, staff bonding etc.
Work with academic head to achieve the school's academic mission and vision. 
Manage the afterschool and holiday programme activities, including planning, organizing and marketing
Develop innovative ways for efficient information management
Required Skills 
Must have a strong and innovative business acumen. We are looking for fresh ideas to position as a beacon of excellence and innovation
Ability to manage human resource personnel
Exceptional organizational skills: ability to account for day to day operational expenses and materials used
Ability to foster an amiable rapport with parents and address any issue that may arise
Security conscious - be able to keep the data of staff and students properly
Ability to make sound judgments and take initiative
Ability to research and recruit new teaching talents to the school
Ability to research new innovative ways to make the school stand out in the competitive education environment.

    Required Experience

Minimum experience is 1 years in a managerial position, overseeing staff of different age groups, and managing at least 15 people. 
A management degree or certification in management is an added advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage human resources effectively, mediate and resolve conflict
