The recommendation letter was in PDF form, so maybe they thought I designed it myself. I am thinking of referring DIBP to my company directly in a written form so as to verify the authenticity of the documents, would that fly? adeoladele: Guess something must be wrong with those documents. Is better to tell us the real truth here so that we can give you genuine |

My boss's company is registered properly with CAC and also has his certificate intact, didn't know what resulted to that anyway. Please I need an advice on how to go about this guys. I am so confused at the moment. |

Hello house.. I have a cousin based in Australia, can I use her austalian statement of account for my student visa processing? She is also a citizen of Australia. What are my chances of been granted visa? Or is there anyone who has used their cousin's SOA as their sponsor and has been granted visa? |

bligs: Two years course has an advantage of applying for two years post study work visa after graduating, that is why most opt for two years program, your strong SOA won't aid you from facing a strong scrutiny from DIBP because of your intending program, my advice for you is to apply for a two years graduate diploma course with a path way to Msc and back it up with strong statement of purpose, though you will be require to pay for Msc acceptance fee if given admission and you can decide not to further with the Msc program upon completing your graduate diploma. Go for graduate diploma with minimum of two years duration, my two cents. chai.. i have spent a lot in processing this one year diploma course oo.. What do I do now. Do I reject it and process my masters for two years? |

cheekynero: To answer your questions, Yes you can be rejected. Nobody is above rejection. It doesn't matter if you are applying for a 3 day course or If Albert Einstein wrote your SOA for you. Just make sure your first degree is related to what you want to study and pray hard that the person handling your visa application likes your face if not, you will be getting a resounding refusal... These people no get Joy Sure. It is related to my first degree course, So visa can be granted for a one year diploma course right? |

Hello guys. I'm new here. I applied for a diploma course for one year which costs AUD6500 for that one year course. my question now is "if I been given admission with my Coe, would I be rejected at the embassy for applying for just a year course instead of two years? (Because I haven't really seen people on this thread applying for diploma, everyone just applying for two years course at the university)" Plus the fact that my SOA is very intact? |
