The Governor suffered and accident, was hospitalized, had his deputy take over the reigns in an interim capacity pending his return to fitness, it took 9 months but he made it. Tabara State should be proud to have a resilient man in charge.

Also note: There is no provision in the constitution that says that Handicapped persons cant be governor, President or in Government generally. That would be discrimination which the constitution frowns upon.

Without being sarcastic, i agree with the dictates of the speaker, the governor should address the public, its not such a big deal, if he is mentally capable to carry on...interim steps down. if not, he should go and recuperate.
