Just that someone from a right source said very soon they will release it, that the lists has gotten to the hands of CG of NCS. That he is checkmating the lists.

I learned they will soon release the lists, from a right source. Though the person didn't disclose the day for me. To me, I think it might be before the ending of the month or early month of July. Lets just keep our hope alive and hands crossed.

I don't think NCS is doing replacement, they are doing recruitment. Assuming they're doing replacement, they won't have open portal for recruitment. Moreso, I don't think anything replacement they do seat for CBT exam. It should have been submission of CV(s).

Wait till Nigeria customs service releases list. The date of CBT exam has not been announced by NCS. Don't fall victim to scammers.
Though information gathered was that, the list has gotten to the hands of NCS Comptroller General and it will soon me released. But that of date of CBT exam has not been announced. So Beware of scammers.

No fewer than 450,000 Nigerians have applied for Federal Government jobs, The PUNCH has learnt.

In January 2025, the Federal Government, through the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), announced the commencement of recruitment into various positions within the civil service.

A newspaper advertorial signed by the Director of Recruitment and Appointment, Ogaba Ede, listed over 70 vacant positions, including Administrative Officer, Programme Analyst, Procurement Officer, Senior Computer Engineer, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Education Officer, and Foreign Affairs Officer.

A statement by the Head of Press and Public Relations at the FCSC, Taiwo Hassan, disclosed that only eligible Nigerians could apply through the commission’s official portal.

The application deadline, initially fixed for 10th March, was later extended to 17th March 2025. However, many applicants reported difficulties accessing the portal during the registration process.

Providing an update on the exercise, a senior commission official, who was not authorised to speak publicly, confirmed that the number of available positions was fewer than 10,000.

“Over 450,000 applied for the last recruitment exercise. We have fewer than 10,000 vacancies. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Anyone who does not receive a message did not make the shortlist.

They will write a Computer-Based Test in their respective states. There will be no rescheduling, and results will be available immediately after the exams,” the official said.

When contacted, the FCSC spokesperson said the commission would release further information on the recruitment exercise in due course.

I once applied for one real estate marketing job. I was told my yearly target was to sell properties worth 400m per year. Salary was 200k or so. I just collected my CV and left.

Please, in case if you find out do let us know. A Friend of mine went there to submit but the security men there were very rude. They didn't allow anyone to enter their gate. It was very embarrassing that day.

All these guys are looking for a way to scam people by all means. You guys should be very careful oh, before you fall victims. NCS has not shortlist names and they're very curious looking for whom to scam. If you start requesting for past questions and answers now, they'll ask you to pay #2,500, which you will never see. You people should be careful oh.

Let them sign an agreement, that once the shortlist his name he will pay the person. Let him not go and fall into the hands of scammers oh.
