Please house I got a 2007 BMW 525i this week, Tokunbo from copart, so everything works perfectly, d car drove from Tin can itself to Igando side Lagos where the clearing agent side is, so the day before I came to Lagos to take delivery of my car, the agent noticed when he wanted to start the car that the car is over heating. On the screen it was writing ENGINE OVERHEATED, STOP ENGINE DO NOT OPEN HOOD........ the agent took it to one guy at my approval but that one no be BMW specialist. I changed the fan already tho, problem still persist. Who can recommend a good and expert BMW mechanic / specialist for me in Lag, I hate seeing my car touched anyhow. Especially car wey I never even drive and enjoy at all. Please house help oo.

Please the engine na big engine ooo e big gan so no mind the cost, recommend the best of the best experienced BMW mechanic in Lagos for me

Hello guys.

I'm wondering if I can get the BMW Peake SRS Airbag Scan Reset Tool to purchase from anyone/anywhere in Nigeria, or if there's anyone or an autoshop with the tool and located in Lagos?
I had to replace my worn out steering wheel, and the airbag light has been on since. Car's an e46.

Hi please I would like some professional help, I was advised to change my Nissan Morano Engine and, I did to a new one. Before I changed the engine it was developing fault and, the car was not raising (can't accelerate) the Mechanic checked and said Gear was fine, the engine is bad any way so we changed the engine so we know no major issues than electrical. So we changed the Engine.

Now the car still doesn't raise,
When we put it on it burnt two coils on the new follow come engine.
I have been through hell how come the Electrician mentioned Brain box, but we suspect the wiring is wrong as well.

But given the fact that the car never raised before we changed the engine/(the same electrician said the problem was the engine) and, still isn't raising and the electrician scanned the car nothing less than 3 times and even had to use computer to reset the car and in all this time him and his team of Electricians didn't mention any thing like brain box I want to get rid of him sharply.......

Narailanders we need professional Nissan Morano 2004 USA spec Electrical Bosses and, We need your advice.

(Subject Electrical faults, brain box, burnt coil, new Engine on Nissan Moran 04)

I use a 307 too, nice car but I'd recommend you stand and watch anyone opening your bonnet. The components in the car are really delicate, also, the Haynes Manual for the car would show you with pictures how to fix aalmost every part of the car yourself (if you have the interest, time and energy) if you need it I could send you mine free of charge, its a pdf.
Finally, for a peugeot I think you should have your own car diagnostic kit, there's one up for sale at www.nairaland.com/931712/peugeot-owners-program-new-keys
Careful with the mechanics (the fancy dealers are no better most times)

Please how do I re calibrate it? What type of scanning tool should I use?

If it's still good, you can re-calibrate it. IDS(integrated diagnostic software) and VCM(vehicle communication module) is the best machine to use. But there are other CAN-4 legislation machines that are applicable.
