That is not a problem. Graduating with third class does not make any different in giving her admission .

Yes canada has a shortage of tradesmen like a Welder. You should apply as a skilled worker. If you get accepted go back to school and get your red seal. Red seal means you're qualified to work in canada, USA, or some places in Europe. Nobody acknowledges or respects nigerian qualifications here which makes sense.

If u wan actually stay only in Canada, u can do welding techniques which takes only one year instead of going for red seal . that would take u couple of yours .

I would say IT, but then it depends on ur level. Are u coming for undergraduate program or post?

After doing medicals for undergrad student permit does it mean you're at least safe to some extent except you fail your medical? DO THEY REJECT AFTER CALLING FOR MEDICAL

An invitation for medicals is about 99% that u would be given visa. If everything goes well.
